Feral Animal Eradication
Fauna Works animal control services include specialised professional shooters for feral animal population control or eradication programs for foxes, feral cats, wild dogs, deer, feral pigs, feral goats, camels, birds, donkeys and rabbits.
Our services are conducted by qualified professional shooters providing the highest standards for pest animal management in Australia. We specialise in ground & aerial shooting, automated trapping services, rabbit control, long netting, warren ripping, night shooting programs, property analysis and data collection programs.
Pest Species Clearance using Birds of Prey
Many of our clients have populations of nuisance birds that cannot be effectively or appropriately managed through traditional methods such as bird proofing (netting) and automated bird frightening gas guns. In these situations, Fauna Works can provide birds of prey as an effective method of pest bird control, even in urban areas.
Unlike audio or mechanical devices, birds never become accustomed or habituated to the presence of a live predators in their midst. Our eagles and falcons dislocate problematic birds by frightening them off and encouraging them to broadly disperse and establish themselves in other distant areas.
Using eagles or falcons to frighten off birds is not only an effective and natural method but also non lethal. This of course makes it acceptable to the public and a great opportunity for some positive PR.
