We're a dedicated team of ecologists, environmental scientists and licensed fauna spotter catchers united by a love of Australia's wildlife and a commitment to ethical, science led practice.
Fauna Works Environmental was founded in 2006 with a simple belief development and biodiversity don't have to be in conflict. Over the past 20 years we've worked alongside Australia's largest infrastructure, mining, construction and government projects protecting the wildlife that calls these landscapes home.
Our approach is built on three pillars: Education, Conservation and Innovation. From training site crews and translocating threatened species to designing new monitoring techniques, we look for practical, defensible solutions that deliver real ecological outcomes.
